As part of the Core Strategy 5 options have been put forward
for consideration incorporating a total of 1005 new homes. The following
sections are copied from the Core Strategy. It is advisable to read the
whole of section 8 of the Core
Strategy document (41.15 Mbytes
) to understand fully the options being put forward and their impact on
Wimborne and Colehill.
Following East Dorset District Council's changes to suggested housing development sites on Greenbelt/Greenfield areas around Wimborne, there have now been further amendments and an updated list of these sites will be published on this website in April 2012
